» DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM CASES?

Yes, you can actually design your own case. Just drop us an email at help@eastindiacases.com to start.

 

   

» WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We ship out orders within two days of order placement. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation which will include tracking information for your order.

 

» I HAVE ACCIDENTALLY ORDERED THE WRONG CASE/WRONG DEVICE TYPE. CAN I SWITCH IT?

If you ordered the wrong case and have not received a shipping confirmation yet, please contact us immediately so that we can change your order before we ship it out. If you ordered the wrong case and it has already been delivered, please contact us regarding your mistaken order BEFORE shipping your case back.

»CAN YOU MAKE CASES FOR OTHER TYPES OF PHONES?

At the moment, we only make cases for the models listed in our menu. We will definitely try to expand our device varieties in the future.
